Peace in the Rain That morning began like any other rushed, noisy, and stressful. I had too much on my mind: college work, upcoming assignments, and a few personal concerns that made me exhausted even before the day began. But as I stepped outside, the sky turned gray, and soft raindrops began to fall. At first, I was annoyed because I didn't have an umbrella, but as the rain fell harder, something changed. The sound of rain on the ground, the smell of wet soil, and the cool breeze brushing against my face made me feel calm. The streets appeared calm and fresh, and for the first time in days, I just stood there, enjoying the quiet moment and feeling my stress gradually fade away. As I walked to college that day, I realized how nature can influence our emotions without saying anything. The rain reminded me that we all need to take a break and breathe. It allowed me to forget about my worries for a while and concentrate on the small beauty around me peop...

Shared moments,Lasting       bonds College is more than just books and exams; it's about the people we meet and the friendships we form along the way. Friendship has brightened my college experience, made it easier, and given me memories I will always cherish. One of the most important lessons I’ve learnt is that true friends don’t have to be with you all the time they just need to be present when it really counts. Whether it’s helping with assignments, sharing lunch, or simply listening when I’m stressed, my friends have shown me the true meaning of support and care.                     Not everyone thinks or behaves in the same way, and that is what makes relationships interesting. Respecting each other’s space, opinions, and moods has helped me grow as a person and made my bonds even stronger. Most importantly, college friendships have taught me that laughter is the best medicine. Even on ...

Buzzing phones,Restless mind From sunrise to night, our phones continue to buzz.A message here, a reel there, and suddenly an hour has passed.Notifications help us feel connected, but they also keep us focused. We sometimes check our phones even when nothing significant arrives—it's a habit. While technology allows us to stay in touch, the continual alerts can be tiresome. The worst part? They disrupt everything: meals, study, and even sleep.Turning off a few app notifications or putting the phone away for a bit can feel like a breath of fresh air.Life becomes more peaceful when we realise that not every ping requires a response. After all, we should be in control of our phones, not let the phone control us.

Living with social media Social media is a part of our daily lives. It enables us to communicate with friends, share information, and learn new skills. With only one click, we can express ourselves and connect with others all around the world. However, it can also create tension.Endless scrolling consumes time, likes affect our mood, and constant comparisons can make us feel inadequate.Frequently, what we see online is only a part of reality. The key is balance.By following positive content, limiting screen time, and using social media for learning and growth, we can make it a beneficial tool rather than a source of stress. Finally, how we use technology determines its impact on our lives.

THINK POSITIVE  Positive thought is like sunlight for the mind. When we consider positive thoughts, our hearts feel lighter, and our faces grin.Life is full of issues, but positive thinking reduces those problems and makes them easier to solve. If we repeat stating, "I can't do it," our energy levels drop. However, when we say "I will try," we suddenly feel stronger.Positive words create hope, which gives strength.Watering a little plant on a daily basis causes it to grow.Positive thinking does not imply ignoring obstacles. It involves confronting them with courage.A positive mindset may transform mistakes into lessons and setbacks into fresh opportunities. Maintaining a positive mindset can improve our lives. 🌸

Joy in the little things Happiness doesn’t always come from big things. Sometimes, small moments and simple joys make me feel the happiest. I try to notice these little things every day they make my life brighter and more special. A cup of hot tea in the evening, listening to my favorite songs, or laughing with my friends during lunch break all these moments make me smile. Even watching the sunset or hearing birds in the morning feels peaceful and lovely. These small joys remind me to enjoy life as it is. We don’t always need big reasons to be happy. The little things, if we notice them, are enough to make every day beautiful.

🌞    JUST MY MORNING   Mornings are special to me. They give a fresh start and a new chance to do better. I try to keep my morning routine simple and calm. It helps me feel ready for the rest of the day. I usually wake up around 6:00 AM. The first brush my teeth and freshen up. After that, I drink a glass of water and sometimes have tea with my family. It’s a peaceful moment I really enjoy. Before getting ready for college, I spend a few minutes planning my day. I check my timetable, pack my bag, and make sure I haven’t forgotten anything. A good start makes my whole day feel more organized and stress-free. That’s why I believe, "A happy morning brings a happy day !"
