From sunrise to night, our phones continue to buzz.A message here, a reel there, and suddenly an hour has passed.Notifications help us feel connected, but they also keep us focused.We sometimes check our phones even when nothing significant arrives—it's a habit.While technology allows us to stay in touch, the continual alerts can be tiresome.The worst part? They disrupt everything: meals, study, and even sleep.Turning off a few app notifications or putting the phone away for a bit can feel like a breath of fresh air.Life becomes more peaceful when we realise that not every ping requires a response.After all, we should be in control of our phones, not let the phone control us.
